- PRESS RELEASE
Cluttons, the real estate specialist which has enjoyed a dedicated Middle Eastern presence since 1976, today reports a successful leasing campaign for Seef Corner, a new retail development in Manama, Bahrain.
One of the key benefits of Seef Corner is its location in the heart of the Seef District, located opposite Bahrain City Centre, near the Era Tower residential building and adjacent to Al Zamil Suites. Additionally, Seef Corner offers a contemporary, high quality build and reasonable rates offered by one of the most trusted retail experts in the Kingdom, resulting in an unbeatable opportunity for retail tenants.
Existing clients include Creolate Chocolatier and a number of high-end service companies including a French bakery and restaurant and an interior design showroom. Cluttons anticipates much competition for the final two units in the project.
Of the successful marketing launch, Catesby Langer-Paget, MRICS, associate director at Cluttons in Bahrain notes: "The speed at which Seef Corner has let has exceeded our already high expectations. We knew that we had an excellent development in a prime location, but no one could have predicted that we would have let 75% of the development within two months of beginning our targeted marketing campaign. Location, design, unit size and the quality of the finishing have all combined to make this one of the most desirable retail developments in the Kingdom."
He added: "For the final two units the tenant mix will be considered of upmost importance and we would be particularly interested in hearing from banks, salons or fashion retailers."
