- PRESS RELEASE
Legal Week and the Corporate Counsel Middle East Group have announced the judging panel for their second annual Awards programme.
The Corporate Counsel Middle East Awards 2013 will take place in Dubai on Thursday 16th May at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi. The event will be hosted by Elias Hayek, president of the Corporate Counsel Middle East Group and vice president, legal, EAME division, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide.
The judging panel includes some of the leading legal and business figures in the Middle East.
Commenting on the appointment of the 2013 Judges Panel Elias Hayek said: "I am delighted to have the honour to chair the Panel for the CCME Awards. There is a huge legal talent across the Middle East and in these challenging economic and financial times, in house and private practice lawyers are making a significant contribution to the development of the regional economies and this is reflected in the high quality of the entries in each Award category."
He continued: "It is particularly noteworthy that in only their second year, the CCME Awards have received entries from right across the Middle East region not just from the UAE and this is an indication of the success of the Awards programme."
The deadline for submissions is Thursday 14th March 2013.
