Counterfeit clothes represent 25% of forged material in Jordanian market

The Jordan Customs Department (JCD) has said about one-million counterfeit items are seized annually, with clothes, shoes and bags at the top of the list of forged materials, Jordan Times has reported. These items represent about 25% of forged goods in the local market, followed by cosmetics and electronics, said the assistant director of the JCD tariff and agreement directorate, Musa Musleh.
