Crowne Plaza Bahrain to host first KSA and Gulf workshop for Human Resources leaders

On October 1st - 2nd 2012, Crowne Plaza Bahrain will host the first KSA & Gulf (Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar) workshop for Human Resources leaders of 60 plus hotels. The goal of this learning event is to provide colleagues with Room to Grow and enable them to support IHG to consequently attain our shared purpose of delivering Great Hotels Guests Love.

"The purpose of the workshop is to uplift Human Resources Colleagues capabilities, and help them to become business partners to their General Managers, peer colleagues and team members. All our participants are valuable members who substantially contribute to the achievement of the company's goals and this exclusive opportunity will add significant value as well," says Husam Kakish, Human Resources Director for KSA & Gulf, IHG.

The facilitators of the workshop are the company's Human Resources Key Leaders representing countries of KSA & Gulf; the main speaker during the event is Ms. Jenny Atkinson - Vice President Human Resources for India, Middle East and Africa.

One of the key topics of this important workshop is the growth, development and career opportunities for local talent in our region - a key focus for Crowne Plaza Bahrain and IHG in general.
