In line with its aims for enhancing its sales team's skills and capabilities, Central Trade and Auto Company (CTA), the exclusive dealer for Toyota in the Kingdom, recently conducted a team building and management workshop.
Within a recreational atmosphere, the workshop consisted of various segments and competitive activities. These activities were specifically designed to evaluate the knowledge and performance of the sales team members. From another angle, the workshop created a space for improving sales and marketing capabilities. Through a series of competitive activities, participants who accumulated the highest scores were presented with gifts, and certificates of participation were also presented to all participants.
Marketing Manager at CTA Mr. Nadim Haddad said, "We constantly strive to develop our employees' skills, with aims to help them reach high standards of professionalism. Their enhanced performance will in turn enable them to better serve their clients more effectively, thus raising both their personal morale and the productivity of our company at large."
Launched by CTA, this workshop is one of a series of programs and training courses geared towards offering efficient training to CTA's team members in their respective jobs.
