CTA conducts a team building and management workshop

The workshop's agenda was geared towards increasing team members' efficiency and enriching their institutional and individual performance.

Within a recreational atmosphere, the workshop consisted of various segments and competitive activities. These activities were specifically designed to evaluate the knowledge and performance of the sales team members. From another angle, the workshop created a space for improving sales and marketing capabilities. Through a series of competitive activities, participants who accumulated the highest scores were presented with gifts, and certificates of participation were also presented to all participants.

Marketing Manager at CTA Mr. Nadim Haddad said, "We constantly strive to develop our employees' skills, with aims to help them reach high standards of professionalism. Launched by CTA, this workshop is one of a series of programs and training courses geared towards offering efficient training to CTA's team members in their respective jobs.
