- PRESS RELEASE
Deloitte Middle East has been recognized for the fourth year in a row by International Tax Review's World Tax 2013. Among the Big Four, the global Deloitte network received more tier one and two rankings combined than any other network.
"We are pleased to have Deloitte Middle East again recognized as a leader in tax. Our aim is to continually provide unparalleled services and international expertise to all our clients in the region and globally," said Nauman Ahmed, partner in charge for Tax Advisory Services for Deloitte in the Middle East.
Additionally, several Deloitte tax professionals were cited by World Tax 2013 as leading practitioners in their areas of specialization.
The Deloitte global network includes approximately 28,000 member firm tax partners and professionals worldwide. The network and the Deloitte Middle East member firm offer clients a broad range of fully integrated tax services, such as advisory for FATCA, Zakat, cross-border tax services and transfer pricing to name a few. Their approach combines insight and innovation from multiple disciplines with business and industry knowledge to help companies excel globally.
The flexible service delivery model of Deloitte member firms and the global Deloitte network enables clients to choose a level of support that is right for them. Services can be provided using a local approach, a global or regionally coordinated approach, or a centralized approach to increase efficiency and control over tax activities.
Clients benefit from the global reach of the worldwide Deloitte network, while retaining access to local tax knowledge when and where they need it. This means enhanced relations with revenue authorities, fast responses to regulatory changes, and a tax provider with a deep understanding of their issues and the environments in which they operate.
