Department of Economic Development celebrates 41st UAE National Day on November 29

The Department of Economic Development (DED) in Dubai will host the 41st UAE National Day celebrations on November 29, 2012, with all employees from DED's branches in Business Village, Bani Yas, Al Twar and The Dubai Mall, joining in for the celebrations.

The various DED offices will be open for customers only till 11 am on November 29 to enable employees to take part in the celebrations. Regular office operations will then commence on Tuesday, December 4, 2012.

His Excellency Mr Sami Al Qamzi, Director General of DED, underlined the importance of partnering in the UAE National Day celebrations to celebrate the spirit of solidarity and brotherhood among UAE nationals and to salute the leadership for its visionary guidance. "As a government department, we are committed to extending our whole-hearted support to the UAE National Day celebrations through the active participation of all our employees. Through the celebrations, we aim to further highlight the values that have enabled our nation to become a global thought leader in promoting social and economic prosperity," he said.

The details of the UAE National Day celebrations by DED will be announced soon.
