Dubai Municipality shares best practices with Abu Dhabi Municipality

Al Tawar Center of Dubai Municipality has recently received a delegation from Abu Dhabi Municipality headed by Mr. Saif Saeed Al Mansouri, Head of Customer Service Section and Mr. Faris Dahir Al Shamari, Head of e-Services Unit.
The delegation studied the practices and services of DM in its centers. The study included volume of service requests, service indices, available work force, mechanism of work distribution on daily basis, electronic services and its quality, responses from the public and mechanism used to promote electronic services.
Mr. Ismail Abdul Rahim Shaaban, Head of Al Tawar Center explained the work method of municipality centers and various services rendered to the public.
'Decentralizing the municipal services through its various centers spread over the emirate of Dubai, the municipality could achieve its most important strategic goal providing easy access to the public. Moreover, I has automated almost all services to achieve the goal of zero visit in the nearest future,' Ismail said.
The delegation praised the efforts of Dubai municipality in providing the best services via its centers in all fields of the city life in collaboration with other government departments.
