DMCC announces Emirati cinema night at JLT

Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), a Government of Dubai Authority, in conjunction with D-Seven Motion Pictures, announced that in honour of the 41st UAE National Day, they will host a screening of Nawaf Al-Janahi's "Sea Shadows".
Majid Belselah, Human Resources Director, DMCC, said: "DMCC is proud to support the growing number of Emirati artists and film makers. In honour of our county's 41st anniversary, we are highlighting the talent and success of Emirati citizens to locals and expatriates alike. Nayla Al Khaja and Nawaf Al-Janahi's works have brought international acclaim to the Emirati film industry and we are proud to showcase them at Jumeirah Lakes Towers."
The complimentary event will be held on Friday, 7 December on the grass between Almas Tower and Cluster I. The event will open at 5:30pm when community members will receive a small gift commemorating UAE National Day, and are welcome to enjoy food and drink on offer from local restaurants and cafes. Following the screening of the film, the audience will have the opportunity to participate in a question and answer session with the film's cast and screenwriter.
