Double win for Arabian Automobiles for Renault performance

Arabian Automobiles, the exclusive dealer of Renault in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, has won the 'Champion Importer Award' and 'Customer Satisfaction Award' from Renault GCC. The annual award is handed out to top performing Renault dealers in the GCC.

Carlos Tavares, COO for Renault presented the awards to Michel Ayat, CEO of Arabian Automobiles at a regional meet held recently in Dubai with all Middle East importers of the Renault Brand.

Through the awards, Renault Group recognizes the dealers offering the best overall performance in the volume of new vehicle sales and those maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction in aftersales support to enhance the Renault customer experience at every stage of his ownership.

Upon receiving the award, Michel Ayat, CEO of Arabian Automobiles, commented, "Following the recent announcement of our record sales performance in 2012, these awards mark the beginning of a great start to the year for Arabian Automobiles' Renault division. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we are glad to be recognized as a leader in this area by Renault. In combination with a high value product line-up, we're sure this is an indication of further growth for the Renault brand in Dubai and the Northern Emirates."

Mustansir Lakdawala, Managing Director of Renault GCC added, "Arabian Automobiles is providing all Renault customers with a state-of-the-art service which demonstrated all the know-how and automotive expertise of our exclusive distributor in Dubai and Northern Emirates. With AAC, Renault customers are in good hands."

In 2012, Arabian Automobiles recently announced its 2012 sales results for the Renault brand, indicating a record 67% growth compared with 2011. In 2012, Arabian Automobiles was awarded Renault 'Dealer of The Year' and saw its market share compared with other European brands in the UAE grow by 2%.

Moreover, in line with its expansion plan announced in 2009, Arabian Automobiles' Renault division will also benefit from the opening of a new, flagship state-of-the art showroom on Mohammed bin Zayed Road in the first quarter of 2013.
