DPG continues to enhance employee development with expert led forums

The forum, which was introduced by Mr. Khalid Al Malik, Group CEO of Dubai Properties Group, included a presentation by guest speaker Mr. Riad Kamal, founder and chairman of Arabtec Construction and CEO of Arabtec Holding. Mr. Kamal, who was involved in a number of prestigious developments in Dubai including the iconic Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab, offered his foremost insights on leadership competencies. As part of his speech he advised the audience on the importance of maintaining a company's reputation, which he said was a team objective and should be a common goal for all employees. Mr. Kamal also placed emphasis on rewarding employee dedication through training and education.
