DREI awards Residential Specialist certificate

The Dubai Real Estate Institute (DREI), the educational arm of Dubai Land Department (LD) will introduce the Residential Specialist program next March.
Mahmoud El Burai, the Managing Director of DREI said "DREI contributes to the development of the real estate sector in Dubai and to works to make the Emirate a center of excellence in this sector. The institute also strives to enhance the skills of real estate professionals through various programs and courses.
The program will run from 6-10 March at LD's premises, it consists of 36 hours of lectures and training. Strategic planning, real estate marketing, negotiation strategies and customer service in the real estate sector are among the topics that be discussed in the course.
The instructor is Fernando Erviti, an international real estate expert with more than 25 years of experience and accredited real estate instructor in Europe.
The registration is available via e-mail info.drei@dubailand.gov.ae. The graduate will receive a certificate and International Certified Residential Specialist designation once the conditions of Council of Residential Specialists are met.
Holders of certificate can access lists of experts and specialists and receive invitations to attend relevant events worldwide.
