Du invites Emiratis to explore its career opportunities at Fujairah Career Fair

For the sixth consecutive year, Du's participation in the Fujairah Career Fair will offer UAE Nationals exciting career prospects within the Middle East's fastest-growing telecommunications company. Opportunities on offer will cover several of Du's business units, including its Fujairah Contact Centre.
The stand will be manned by a team from du's specialised National Recruitment and Development department, who will be able to suggest suitable opportunities based on individual profiles.
"As an Emirati company, we are committed to empowering UAE Nationals by providing them with rewarding careers. We invite Emiratis to visit our stand to see what a career with us means; our colleagues receive continuous self-improvement opportunities within a multicultural, vibrant working environment," said Yaser Obaid, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Du.
Currently, 31% of Du's total workforce comprise of Emiratis, while more than 42% of the company's senior executives are UAE Nationals. According to Du's regular Gallup-supported survey, employee engagement within the telecom is also high, with scores placing the company in the top quartile of regional companies.
