Dubai to host the second edition of Moroccan Real Estate exhibition in January 2013

Dubai will host from 21st to 23 of January 2013 the second edition of Moroccan Real Estate exhibition showcasing different real estate projects in Morocco with the participation of many global and regional real estate investors, developers, administrations architects, banks and representatives from different economic agencies from Morocco under the patronage of the Ministry of Housing, town planning and urban policy and the Ministry of the Moroccan living abroad.
In an exhibition space of over 1500m², the event will be unique opportunity to inform Moroccans living in the UAE as well as potential investors of different real estate projects in Morocco (economic, medium and high standards) and to provide a business environment for Moroccan real estate professionals and potential buyers to meet and discuss different business opportunities. The exhibition will be complimented by high level conferences discussing real estate trends in Morocco and the region, financing opportunities and tax regulations in Morocco.
Mr. Idrissi, Exhibition Director said, "We are pleased to present the second edition of the Morocco Real Estate exhibition in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The Moroccan Property market is a high return investment option for Moroccans and UAE nationals interested to invest in the Moroccan property market and we expect to double the number of visitors this year in terms of quantity and quality.
The exhibition will be open to the public free of charge from 21st to 23rd of January 2013. A special draw that will be organized for the visitors during the events for a land property in the city of Marrakesh.
