Dubai to host the second edition of Moroccan Real Estate exhibition in January 2013

The 2012 edition was attended by a large number of exhibitors and visitors and confirmed the real excitement for the Moroccan Real estate investment and the importance it acquires as part of strengthening economic and friendships ties between the two countries. This year the show confirms its positioning as the leading and unique platform promoting Moroccan Real Estate investment in Dubai.

In an exhibition space of over 1500m², the event will be unique opportunity to inform Moroccans living in the UAE as well as potential investors of different real estate projects in Morocco (economic, medium and high standards) and to provide a business environment for Moroccan real estate professionals and potential buyers to meet and discuss different business opportunities. The exhibition will be complimented by high level conferences discussing real estate trends in Morocco and the region, financing opportunities and tax regulations in Morocco.
