In his new position as Deputy Chair of WCF, H.E. Buamim will work to strengthen the global network of chambers and to reinforce the role chambers play in their respective communities while voicing their concerns with the top management of the international body.
He will also be playing an important role in policy development for WCF which will, in a way, empower global chambers of commerce with modern trading tools and help them to improve their performance in line with the best international practices.
Said Peter Mihok, WCF Chairman, "Mr. Buamin consistently demonstrated a commitment to advancing WCF objectives in his former role as a WCF Vice-Chair.
