Dubai Duty Free posts $1.6bn in 2012 sales

Dubai Duty Free (DDF) has reported a 10% rise in sales last year to Dhs5.9bn ($1.6bn), compared to the previous year, Gulf News has reported. DDF is also looking to add new retailers to its current mix of brands in 2013, Colm McLoughlin, executive vice chairman told the daily. "We have been able to look at some new suppliers as a result of the new Concourse opening, particularly in the fashion and luxury side of things," said McLoughlin.
