Cold Chain 2012, Optimization for Food and Pharma to be held at Dubai-UAE, on 2-3rd October 2012. This summit seeks to address the the current state of cold chain infrastructure in different regions and learn about innovations in active and passive cold chain.
"After conducting a SCOR audit of Al Nahdi Medical Co. supply chain, it became clear to management that a transformation of the supply chain was imperative. Pharmacies were ordering excess product to avoid running out of stock, creating artificial shortages in the supply network and building excess inventory. My presentation outlines the implementation of a Sales & Operation Plan focused on changing the supply chain network to enhance the order fulfilment process. In addition, learn the common obstacles faced in Middle Eastern projects and how to overcome them," he said.
