Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the resumption of the Metro services after a brief disruption yesterday morning, Gulf News has reported. "Dubai Metro service is back to normal," the RTA said on Twitter. Trains from Dubai Marina station were only operating a shuttle service to Nakheel, heading towards Rashidiya. Passengers were asked to disembark at Nakheel and wait for another service to continue on towards Rashidiya. "Safety is our primary concern and as part of our regular checks and measures we hold commuter Metro services between stations if necessary for a brief period. RTA is providing buses to transport passengers between these stations," the RTA said.
