Dubai Municipality begins Tawasul system for better intra-office communication

As part of continuous efforts to switch on to best e-systems in services and internal organizational management, Dubai Municipality has implemented a new system named as Tawasul for better intra office communications.

It was announced by Mohammed Jalfar , Assistant Director General of Municipality at a programme organized to introduce new system.

"Dubai Municipality is one among the best government bodies that excelled in transforming services to e-systems. This new initiative comes as part of our commitment to implement advanced technologies to facilitate employees for better results," said Jalfar he while spoke in the programme.

"System assures comfortable work atmosphere, speedy organizational support and indeed saving in time," He added.

Mohammed Abdullah Al Zaffin, Director, IT Department of Municipality, said, "Tawasul helps employees to send request for support or notify damages just by a click. The comprehensive system operated by IT department will transfer the request to concerned section and bring in excepted results within short span of time."

He said that, "Having a big structure of 34 organizational departments and near about 12,000 employees, Dubai Municipality will find the new system very helpful in communication and co ordination between various organizational units."
