Dubai Municipality organizes 'A Day for Customer' initiative

Veterinary Services Section of Public Health Services Department at Dubai Municipality organized an initiative titled 'A Day for the Customer' aiming to communicate with the various segments of customers of the section and improve services and procedures.
Eng. Hashim Al Awadi, Head of Section, said that this initiative aims to improve the overall level of customer satisfaction through open dialogue between customers and department staff allowing them to express their views and comments in relation to the services provided to them and measure their satisfaction and encourage to make any observations, if any.
'The initiative was organized in cooperation with the Customer Care Section, which provided with suggestion boxes throughout the year for those who may have difficulty to contact us directly. These suggestion boxes has helped the department to improve its services and meet the requirement of client in the shortest time possible,' Hashim said.
He added that we seek to create good relations with customers and visitors as our first and last criterion of work is to satisfy customers.
