Dubai Outlet Mall plants Union Trees to commemorate 41st UAE National Day

As part of the celebrations for the UAE National Day, Outlet Mall, the only 'Value' shopping destination in the region, organized cultural and traditional entertainment and activities from 30 Nov till 8 Dec including local dance bands, Arabic music, a majlis and a tent, henna application, a UAE inspired live art show and exhibition by artists from around the world and the highlight of the events being planting of union trees in the premises of Dubai Outlet Mall.

Vishal Mahajan, Director of Dubai Outlet Mall speaking at the planting ceremony said: "Planting of the Union Tree signifies the harmony of UAE nation and reinforces our contribution to make our society a better place to live in." He added: "Today we observe 41 years of achievements and great vision of UAE founders coming to life, celebrating the spirit of union through its rich culture and accomplished nation. Planting of the trees is symbolic to our solidarity for its great leaders and their visions."

The UAE art exhibition at Dubai Outlet Mall is a joint initiative with a non-profit organization, Zeeart, to raise awareness of the cultural treasures that exist here and promote UAE's forward march towards brighter future. The event was enjoyed by the multinational staff and visitors of Outlet Mall who got a taste of the UAE heritage on the occasion of the country's 41st anniversary which was marked with traditional zeal.

The art exhibition is scheduled till 8 December where paintings created by emerging & professional artists from around the world using only UAE flag colors, will be on sale for the public.
