Dubai Properties to offer 348 Mudon villas for sale

Dubai Properties Group (DPG) is set to offer 348 villas for sale in the local market today, as part of the first phase of its Mudon residential villas, Gulf Today has reported. The price of the villa ranges between Dhs2.8m and Dhs3.2m, i.e. Dhs700 per square foot. The group is in talks with a number of parties in the local and regional markets to develop new projects within Dubailand, the details of which would be announced soon, DPG said.
