Dubai Properties Group restarts work on Mudon Development

Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of Dubai Holding, has announced plans to complete 348 Villas and Townhouses in the Mudon Development, located in Dubai's growing DUBAILAND district.
In response to this demand, DPG has now confirmed it has restarted work on phase one with 348 three and four bedroom townhouses due for completion within 18 months.
Mudon was designed to offer affordable upmarket villa accommodation to families looking for spacious units within well equipped communities in primary locations across Dubai.
The project, comprising residential, retail and leisure components, with a third of units and infrastructure in the first phase area already partially complete.
DPG Group CEO Mr Khalid Al Malik commented "I am pleased to confirm our decision to restart work on our flagship Mudon development in what is a prime location in Dubai. This is a clear confirmation of the market recovery and Dubai Property Group's commitment to play an important role in the Real Estate Development of Dubai. Our immediate priority is to delivering this first phase to retail investors, Mudon will be as successful as Layan, Al Waha and The Villa the other residential communities developed by us."
Mudon is conveniently located and accessible from Emirates Road and Dubai Bypass Road, and is 15 minutes from central Dubai.
