Dubai Solar Park to generate electricity by end of 2013
Video: Dubai is expected to start generating electricity from the sun by the end of 2013, says Matt Mefert, Director of Projects - Middle East & Africa, First Solar. The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park is to be operated and managed by DEWA, along with First Solar, as Phil Blizzard reports, with 13MW of power being generated in the first phase.
