DWTC recognised as 'Best Big Catering Company' by Dubai Municipality

The awards celebrate organisations that have consistently maintained high standards of food safety and provides a platform for the government of Dubai to recognise companies and individuals who contribute to raising the standards of catering in the UAE.

Nominees for the awards were judged against a number of criteria including food safety culture within the organisation, management's commitment to food safety and hygiene in a healthy environment, layout of the Kitchens to support food safety, support to Dubai Municipality programmes, initiatives implemented in the organisation and specific achievements, no food complaints and corporate social responsibility initiatives. DWTC excelled in each category, making it a front-runner amongst competition.
