General Dynamics - Canada General Dynamics Canada will showcase its command, control and communications products and systems for land combat platforms, including its Smart Displays and its MESHnet Tactical Mobile Router. Demonstrations of the CoCommand C4I Decision Support Environment will highlight the tool's capabilities to enable decision makers to visualize their domains and collaborate in real time.
General Dynamics C4Systems will demonstrate the following at IDEX:
Pathmaker Networking radio: See how Pathmaker Network Radio helps users create their own secure communications network in remote locations or where no infrastructure exists or has been destroyed or overloaded.
HOOK2 Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) Radios: These CSAR radios are used by international military forces and provide isolated personnel an encrypted link to rescue forces.

Fortress Wireless Mesh Network Demonstration
This demonstration highlights the Fortress secure wireless mesh network that is a scalable, self‐forming, self‐healing and ideally suited for operational, outdoor and mobile networking scenarios. For the military, this solution delivers critical network infrastructure where secure and ruggedized network communication solutions are required.
4G/LTE Networks for Military, Public Safety and Private Networks
This demonstration features a suite of end to‐end LTE mobile broadband network capabilities optimized for the unique needs of the military, government agencies and industry. The 4G/LTE mobile broadband network solution provides the security, reliability and spectrum flexibility necessary to build a next generation wireless network.
General Dynamics Land Systems will display the M1 Abrams Main Battle Tank, the Ocelot Light Tactical Vehicle and the Stryker and LAV Double V-Hull (DVH) vehicles at IDEX 2013. The proprietary DVH technology represents a new standard in armor protection on a combat-proven platform. The Foxhound is a lightweight tactical vehicle that integrates V-hull, blast-protection technology with a demountable protected crew pod that allows multiple configurations for different roles.
General Dynamic Land Systems - Force Protection is exhibiting the Ocelot, which is in‐service with the British Army in Afghanistan. Ocelot's unique modular design makes it a game changer in the protected 4x4 vehicle class. Shown for the first time is the surveillance variant with mast mounted sensor suite and RWS. This variant provides a highly survivable border security capability and is one variant in a family of mission modules that includes a C2, a load carrying, a troop patrol and a long range special ops carried on a common base platform. This unique 'rapid swap out' design provides commanders with genuine mission options as well as providing significant advantages in reduced whole life costs resulting from a genuine family of vehicles.
General Dynamics United Kingdom General Dynamics United Kingdom will be showcasing its Security and Resilience, Vehicle Integration and Communications systems expertise at the exhibition. General Dynamics United Kingdom has been responsible for helping to make the recently inaugurated Khalifa Port outside Abu Dhabi one of the most technologically advanced and most secure ports in the world by delivering its entire Port Operating System. Representatives of the company will be present at IDEX 2013 to explain its part in two nationally important programmes and its full range of capabilities including deployable infrastructures and its leading capabilities in Long Term Evolution networks for tactical command and control for armed forces and national emergency services.
