EAS in pole position at Abu Dhabi F1 Grand Prix

Event Advantage Solutions (EAS) is now in the process of accrediting 15,000 people ready for the Abu Dhabi F1 Grand Prix at Yas marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi, UAE, 2 to 4 November 2012.

EAS, recently upgraded the track's accreditation system and is retained by Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management (ADMM) to accredit all F1 Grand Prix track staff and service providers during the 6 month lead up and during the actual event.

Mark Hughes, Operations Director, from ADMM said, "The team at EAS introduced speed and efficiency when they completely overhauled our systems using their unique Accredit programme. Accredit's multi-lingual capabilities are invaluable to us, and this year along with a range of new features they are introducing electronic sign out. EAS is now an integral part of the Yasmarina Circuit team with EAS staff, headed up by Accreditation Manager, Didir Kassas, based at the track for 6 months of the year."

EAS also work alongside the local security forces and police in managing the whole of the Grand Prix accreditation project for the track.

Mark Elliott of EAS in Abu Dhabi said, "Our excellent relationship with the ESC (Event Security Committee), is vital to our work. We have developed our technology to fit alongside its official systems, ensuring maximum efficiency."
