Egypt telecoms ministry says YouTube block 'unenforceable'

Egypt's telecoms ministry has filed appeals to reverse a court order to block YouTube in the country, saying the ruling was unenforceable, the Associated Press has reported. The ministry said last week it cannot block access to YouTube because of high technical costs, adding that it cannot legally monitor the content of social media websites.
