  • Egypt: Sunday, March 24 - 2013 at 03:19

Egyptian civil aviation minister Wael el-Maadawy has announced plans to resume direct flights in the form of charter flights between Iran and Egypt within the coming weeks, Press TV has reported. Star Airlines, a private carrier owned by Egyptian businessman Ramy Lakah, is expected to run the new routes, el-Maadawy said.
