Emaar to launch sales of new apartments in Downtown Dubai

The new project, Burj Vista, will be located on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard near Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building.

Emaar said Burj Vista will consist of two identically designed towers, one 20 storeys high and the other at 65 storeys, with 120 and 520 luxury apartments, respectively. The developer did not provide prices for the apartments in the statement.

Customers can register online for 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments in Burj Vista from 10am on Wednesday, April 17, at www.emaar.com. The sales event will begin at 9am on Saturday, April 20, on a first-registered, first-served basis at the Emaar Sales Centre in Emaar Square, Downtown Dubai.

Inspired and designed to offer a theatrical experience of Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, Burj Vista offers luxury residences with lavish terraces that open to uninterrupted, front-seat views of the city's skyline, The Dubai Fountain and the wider Downtown Dubai neighbourhood, Emaar said.

The towers will be directly linked to the newly opened pedestrian link that connects the Dubai Metro station with Downtown Dubai.

The boulevard level of the towers will feature several high-end retail outlets and restaurants.
Other amenities include a gymnasium, children's play areas, multimedia hall, business centre, play room, lounge areas, swimming pool and kid's pool, badminton and half a basketball court, reading areas and landscaped areas.

Recently, Emaar launched Mira townhouses in Reem, and The Address The BLVD, The Address Residence Fountain Views and The Address Residence Sky View in Downtown Dubai. All the project launches recorded overwhelming response.
