Emaar Misr to open Mivida Avenues Clubhouse mid-2013

The Egyptian wholly-owned subsidiary of Dubai's Emaar Properties, Emaar Misr has launched construction works at the first Clubhouse in Mivida, its master-planned community located in the heart of New Cairo. The Avenues Clubhouse is one of the three Clubhouses in Mivida that will host a range of services and activities including pools, gym, spa, kids playing area, ballrooms, meeting rooms, indoor and outdoor restaurants and lounges, as well as a nursery for children. "The infrastructure work for Avenues Clubhouse is almost finished, and the work on external facilities is progressing according to scheduled plan," said Mivida development director, Abd El Nasser Taha. The clubhouse is scheduled to open mid-2013, around the time of the Mivida homes delivery, said Taha.
