Emaar Turkey launches Boulevardi development to meet demand for premium real estate in Istanbul

The launch of Boulevardi builds on the excellent response of the Tuscan Valley villa community in Istanbul, Emaar's pioneering master-planned community in Turkey, and will meet growing demand from international and local investors seeking world-class lifestyle assets within the vibrant city. Boulevardi will comprise over 1,000 luxury homes, a 190 room five star hotel, a wide range of leisure facilities, offices, and a world class shopping mall, the largest on the Asian side of the city.

Emaar Turkey's Boulevardi is showcased at Emaar's pavilion in Cityscape Global, the premiere real estate exhibition that is ongoing through October 4, 2012, at the Dubai International Convention Centre.

The second phase of Emaar's first project, Tuscan Valley was completed in June 2012. Inspired by the Tuscan architectural style, and enriched with magnificent views of Büyükçekmece Lake and Marmara Sea, Tuscan Valley offers an elegant lifestyle for residents.
