Emaratech launches new service, Ara

Emaratech, the leading IT and Technological Solutions Company in the Middle East, has launched a package of new services for the public and private sectors with a view to providing intelligent and creative solutions for its esteemed clients.
The goal of the "ara" is to organize, structure, and manage these scattered documents and information in a centralized location/repository and to build the foundation of a knowledge base that the organization can leverage.

Incoming correspondence can then be linked to other incoming or outgoing correspondence items creating threaded views of related communications. With this service, you can use company templates for outgoing correspondence including requests for information and any other correspondence type. "ara" can manage the cross referencing and filing of correspondence by linking of documents and electronic filing. This will also enable employees find information quickly and easily.
The document repository is a fundamental component of the "ara". It captures all the unstructured documents and intelligently stores them in a structured manner. The document repository serves as a powerful knowledge base for the organization. The main features of the document repository are, Store the document and its meta data in a structured manner, ensure that documents are only accessed by authorized employees and maintain different versions of the document.
