Emirates Data Clearing House to host leading GSM industry event BARG #81 in Dubai

Emirates Data Clearing House (EDCH), a subsidiary of Etisalat Services Holding, announced they are hosting the GSM Association's Billing, Accounting and Roaming Group's upcoming BARG #81 event.
As the event host and active member of GSMA, EDCH will leverage its status as hosts of BARG #81 to secure and enhance existing business alliances and actively forge new partnerships, as well as showcase its value proposition in the mobile industry.
Ahmed Almehyas, General Manager, EDCH, said: "It is an immense honor for EDCH to be entrusted with hosting such a significant event. GSM Association's BARG is mandated to support inter-operator business requirements and the wholesale charging framework for the operational aspects of the international roaming relations. Additionally, BARG is responsible for establishing rules on billing, accounting liabilities, principles, and ensuring that revenue collection is maximized through developing and maintaining efficient processes.
Established in 1994, EDCH is one of the leading clearing houses in the world and provides a complete solution to GSM operators for roaming facilities to be provided to their customers.
