Emirates Foundation's Social Investment Forum encourages youth to 'Think Science'

Emirates Foundation for Youth Development, an independent, philanthropic organisation set up by the Abu Dhabi government to facilitate public-private partnerships to improve young people's welfare in the UAE, organises this week the third Business Breakfast for Social Investment Forum to discuss encouraging youth to think science to the bridge the gap for industrial growth.
In addition, the Forum will witness announcing a new program that focuses on science and its importance to unlock youth's potentials by grooming the right cadre for growing industries that require Emiratis with science background.
The Emirates Foundation Business Breakfast for Social Investment which was first launched in March 2012, is held every quarter in order to unite the business community to discuss opportunities and challenges facing young people in the UAE and the role the private sector can play in terms of financial and technical support to maintain and expand the Foundation's initiatives. It also allows for dialogue with the private sector with a view to encouraging businesses to ensure that their social investment (CSR) portfolios are strategic, aligned to their business and community needs to deliver sustainable outcomes.
Emirates Foundation provides bespoke support to businesses keen to deliver a strong value proposition to the community and makes recommendations on how social investment programs can deliver most impact.
