Emirates NBD programmes beat global benchmarks

CLC recently conducted a study on the training effectiveness of the Certified Coach Programme (CCP) and the Certified Manager Programme (CMP), both of which were delivered at Emirates NBD over the past couple of years.

The data was compared with equivalent programmes delivered elsewhere in the world and, both programmes were found to be highly effective, exceeding the global benchmarks.

Emirates NBD staff who participated in the Certified Coach Programme, rated the programme with 82% of the learners finding the course to be of relevance to their work, in comparison to the benchmark which was 56%.

As for the Certified Manager Programme, 84% of the Emirates NBD participants rated the programme as relevant in comparison with the benchmark which was 56%.

With regards to learner's satisfaction, 85% of the Emirates NBD participants expressed that they were pleased with CCP, in comparison to the benchmark which was 75% where as 84% of Emirates NBD participants were satisfied with CMP, in comparison to the benchmark which was 75%. In addition, a significant percentage of learners and their managers have reported that the programmes have improved their performance.

Emirates NBD provides its employees with a variety of professional training courses that are conducted in collaboration with its Human Resources, Learning and Development team. These training programmes have been developed in partnership with a number of educational and training institutions, to suit the varying competencies and qualifications of the Emirates NBD work force.
