Emirates NBD Properties participates at Cityscape Global 2012

Emirates NBD Properties, a wholly owned subsidiary of Emirates NBD announced that it will be participating at Cityscape Global 2012 which will be held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre on 2 - 4 October 2012.
Cityscape Global, held annually, is the most significant annual event for real estate stakeholders allowing them to grow their business and drive growth in the real estate sector across emerging markets globally.
Ali Al Kaitoob added: "Having completed a bulk purchase of property in The Index Tower and The Limestone House projects, Emirates NBD Properties will be showcasing these two projects that represent an attractive opportunity for investors interested in building a real estate portfolio. The purchased properties in Limestone House are Residential and Retail Units while the properties in Index Tower are Residential, Retail and Commercial units. With the conclusion of this deal Emirates NBD Properties is now one of the largest single owners of the Buildings besides Union Properties (the developer)".
