Canadian property developer Empire Communities, which opened its office in Dubai in December 2012, has announced plans to build iconic properties in Middle East's emerging residential hotspots, Khaleej Times has reported. "As the central hub for the wider Middle East region and beyond, Dubai is an ideal location for us to expand our investor profile and geographic coverage," said Daniel Guizzetti, president and chief executive of Empire Communities. We want residents in the UAE and GCC to experience our quality living concept, not just in Canada but also closer to them," said Guizzetti.
