Emrill scales new heights with Princess Tower win

Emrill, the leading Facilities Management provider in the UAE, announced today winning a facilities services contract for the Guinness World Record breaking, Princess Tower in Dubai Marina.

The tower, officially recognised as the World's Tallest Residential Building by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), soars at an impressive 414 metres over the Dubai Marina skyline second only in height to the Burj Khalifa. Princess Towers, Tameer's flagship project boasts 1.75 million sq ft built up area, 763 residential units, 957 parking bays and 8 retail shops for the convenience of residents.
