Etisalat concludes successful participation at CABSAT 2013

Etisalat concluded its successful participation at CABSAT 2013, Middle East and Africa's largest broadband, digital media and satellite expo in UAE.

The 19th edition of CABSAT was held at Dubai World Trade center attracting a wide range of broadcast and digital media professionals across the Middle East, North Africa and beyond. The exhibition attracted more than 850 exhibitors from 57 countries alongside a number of conferences.

Etisalat showcased its VSATExpress, VSATConnect and Satellite News Gathering (SNG) services at the event. There were also live demonstrations conducted which focused on Internet over VSAT, eVision over VSAT, fax over VSAT and SNG services. These demos targeted broadcasters and companies with remote sites needing seamless VSAT connectivity.

John Lincoln, Senior Vice President, Business Marketing, Etisalat said: "CABSAT has become a unique platform for various players in the satellite solutions industry across the region to come together displaying the latest solutions and also provides us the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the trends in the market. This was a chance to meet potential new customers from local as well as international markets. These clients are looking at working closely with local companies with customized solutions and established wide network."
