Etisalat Facilities Management selects Wojood Facilities Management as a strategic partner

The agreement was signed by Mustafa AlAteeq, General Manager,Etisalat Facilities Management and Mohammed Bin Zaal, Chief Executive Officer, Wojood Facilities Management.

The signing ceremony was attended by Amer Al Mansouri, Executive Director of Human Resource and Administration and Ali Hasan Al Harmoodi, Executive Director of Design and Consultancy at Etisalat Facilities Management.

The agreement states that Etisalat Facilities Management will provide technical support to the Barari project including: maintenance and management of private villas facilities, retail facilities, tennis courts and restaurant. It also mentions that Etisalat Facilities Management will also provide mechanical and electrical maintenance, plumbing, air conditioning maintenance, swimming pool maintenance, home automation system maintenance, , minor civil and carpentry works, for the Barari project. The duration of this agreement is two years, beginning on the first of January 2013, and the number of villas to be covered by the agreement isabout 189villas.

Etisalat Facilities Management will utilize the qualified human resources and workforce of Wojood Facilities Management who aim to provide the best international support services, as well as expanding the scope of work of Etisalat Facilities Management in Dubai.

Etisalat Facilities Management will send a work team to be present at Wojood FM offices located in the Barari project to provide the best service to its residents, investors and businesses that are located in the project. Al Barari extends over an area of 14.2 million square feet, 80% of the project's land extends on open green gardens comprises 189 luxury villas and is estimated to cost Dhs3.2bn.
