Etisalat participates in RAK Education, Training and Career Fair 2013

In its continuous endeavor to support the Emirati youth and creating job opportunities, Etisalat announced its participation at Ras Al Khaimah Education, Training and Career Fair 2013.
Through its participation, Etisalat continues its efforts in supporting UAE nationals interested to join Etisalat's growing workforce and introduce them to the various departments within the organization. It also underlines the corporation's strategy in turning Etisalat into a major center for training and development, especially in building leadership skills and enhancing performance in ICT related jobs.
Younis Abdul Aziz Al Nimr, Chief Human Resources Officer, Etisalat said: "Etisalat is always keen in supporting government initiatives across all emirates. Emirati talent needs encouragement and a platform to help them lead in an environment to become leaders of tomorrow. Etisalat is distinguished among others in emiratization as we focus on all levels across the organization. We are constantly hiring high caliber talent and fresh graduates due to which Emiratis form 90 per cent of the senior management. This is also due to efforts put by Etisalat like specifically designed programs for Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) graduates which helped Etisalat increase percentage of Emirati technicians up to 34% within the workforce."
Etisalat's stand at the event will be equipped with computers connected to their network enabling applicants to submit resumes. This data will be added to Etisalat's database of job applicants who are regularly contacted for available vacancies.
