Eurostar expands FMCG footprint in MENA region

Eurostar Group, a leading business conglomerate, is steaming ahead with its expansion plans in the MENA region. The group has won exclusive distribution rights for leading Indian FMCG brands in Saudi Arabia.
Eurostar has seen an overall volume increase of 25 - 30% in 2012 and expect a positive growth over the coming year.
The Eurostar Trading Division which is responsible for the FMCG operations is set to join hands with some of the world's best MNC principles to offer quality and value added products to consumers.
"KSA is where the Eurostar Group began and it remains a very important market for us. Indian brands and flavours are much appreciated in the Middle East region and we are confident of a positive response. Apart from KSA, Eurostar has distribution rights in Libya, Sudan and UAE for the following brands:
•Libya - Vitalsberg, Godrej, Havana, Fairever, Supermax and Real Madrid energy drinks.
•Sudan - Twining, Ovaltine, Delmonte, Vitalsberg and Godrej.
•UAE - Real Madrid energy drinks.
The Eurostar Group has diversified into various domains including digital satellite receiving systems, consumer electronics, multimedia-pay TV, FMCG, trading, express-distribution, lighting, real estate, facility management, solar energy, corporate sales, with a keen interest in the IPTV and Telecom projects.
