Evason Ma'In Hot Springs and Six Senses Spa appoints new Executive Chef

Chef Mohammad will be responsible for all food outlets at the resort, including 'At The Springs', 'Brown Bar', 'White Bar', 'Pool Bar', 'The Cellar' and 'Olive' as well as the services such as the "In room" dining. The Chef will provide different cuisines from Jordanian Bedouin kitchen, Traditional Oriental Food to offering authentic Indian and Asian experiences where the organic ingredients are taken from Evason Garden. Chef Mohammad will be developing more creative concepts in the resort in a friendly and soothing atmosphere.

Chef Farouq said, "I am really excited to be joining Evason Ma'In Hot Springs & Six Senses Spa in Jordan, as I'll be sharing all what I learned about food and cuisine over the past 20 years experience and to apply it in the resort."
