EVault, Inc., a Seagate Company, and ASBISC Enterprises PLC, an expert in IT distribution in EMEA markets, announced that ASBISC has joined the EVault Partner Program, and will be distributing EVault cloud-connected backup and recovery products and services across Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Distribution within the Eastern European region will include the Republic of Croatia, Hungary, Romania, the Slovak Republic, the Czech Republic, the Republic of Slovenia, the Republic of Belarus, and the Republic of Cyprus. Within the Middle East, distribution will include The United Arab Emirates, which comprises constituent emirates including Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah, and Umm al-Quwain.

"We are delighted to sign this strategic partnership with EVault, which ensures we can continue providing our channel customers with the highest quality and most cost-effective solutions," said Laurent Journoud, Executive Vice President at ASBISC Enterprises PLC. "EVault data protection offers the proven, cross-platform data backup and recovery protection that these fast-growing markets require."

EVault provides onsite, cloud, and cloud-connected — or hybrid — data protection solutions to help organizations protect and access their business data. EVault has led the industry in the move to hybrid storage models, with a uniquely integrated ecosystem of EVault storage software, SaaS, managed services, and appliances that help ensure customers maintain business continuity in multi-platform, multi-site environments. EVault data protection, disaster recovery and other storage services are optimized to perform in a distributed environment; supported by a secure, reliable cloud storage infrastructure; and backed by the highest quality customer service.

"As more businesses globalize to benefit from geographically dispersed teams, Eastern Europe and the Middle East have become increasingly strategic to securing a distinct global advantage. Companies expanding into these regions need to ensure their growing satellite operations receive the same level of data protection offered in more established areas," explained Johan Pellicaan, Managing Director and Vice President of EVault EMEA. "For this reason we are very excited that ASBISC will be distributing our suite of cloud-connected data protection software and services across these ambitious regions."
