PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner combined

This 5 day course is aimed at preparing delegates to pass the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner examinations. Additionally it provides an opportunity to experience the PRINCE2 principles in practice (using a case study and exercises) and to discuss the implementation of PRINCE2 in your organisation. Delegates will leave the course with a sound structure within which they can more successfully manage projects. Delegates will learn the main principles of the PRINCE2 project management method. Key areas covered are planning, controls, risk management and quality management. Also examined will be the management information necessary for successful projects.

Early preparation for this exam will come in the pre-course reading material sent out prior to the course, giving a minimum of 15 hours work to prepare you in the best way.

The Foundation exam is a 1 hour, 75 question multiple choice exam, testing knowledge of the principles and terminology of PRINCE2.

The Practitioner exam is a 3 hour, open-book (use of PRINCE2 manual only), objective testing exam, which aims to test the practical application of the methodology. It consists of 9 questions covering 9 of the 11 areas of the syllabus, based on one project scenario.
