City Waste Middle East 2009

City Waste 2009 is a unique forum for governments and municipalities, developers, consultants, contractors and utility operators to discuss the key issues and latest developments in waste infrastructure. With an opening ceremony from the UAE Ministry of Environment & Water, there will also many regional and international speakers presenting case studies on major projects.

Join Eng. Hassan Mohammed Makki, Director of Waste Management Department, Dubai Municipality as he delivers a keynote presentation on strategic insights into the Clean Up The World campaign. During the Summit, Eng. Makki will discuss the latest equipment and systems being used by the municipality and best practice in the transportation and treatment of different wastes.

Speakers will discuss issues relating to innovative waste disposal methods, best practice recycling, and sustainable waste management solutions.
