►Objectives
Developed by the U.S Green Building Council, LEED AP Homes is the universally accepted green building system and covers all elements of building construction including: site, water, energy, materials, air quality, & design innovation.
►Possible Attendance:
This seminar is designed for anyone in the residential housing market interested in LEED. It is ideal for homebuilders, homeowners, contractors, realtors, lawyers, and anyone else who wants to prove their green expertise with the most valuable green credential: LEED AP.
►Structure:
8 hours to be carried out over 2 days including presentation, and valuable supporting documents.
This training course is intended to improve the sustainability of the residential housing market while giving builders an opportunity to differentiate themselves from their competitors. Learn the fundamentals of sustainability: Location & Linkages, Sustainable Site Development, Water Efficiency, Energy Efficiency, Material Use, and Indoor Environmental Quality.
Our instructors are experts in LEED and have real world experience working on LEED projects.
Many examples are provided showing actual LEED projects, as well as an in-depth review of the types of exam questions you can expect to see on the exam.
