Professional Procurement Management

Procurement management, and especially contract administration, has become an essential project management skill as more and more of today's businesses outsource all but the company's core competencies. This course offers insight into the role of the procurement manager on a project team by guiding you through procurement practices, the solicitation of bids and contract negotiations. It will also expose you to contract law. Structure:
18 hours to be carried out over 3 days, including supporting document.
