Ewaan launches Phase II of SR1.8bn Jeddah development

Saudi-based Ewaan Global Residential Co has launched the second phase of the SR1.8bn Alfareeda Residential project, the development designed to provide affordable housing for middleclass Saudi citizens in the upcoming district of New Jeddah, Saudi Gazette has reported. Phase 1, which comprises 324 residential units, offers four types of villas in different sizes and architectural styles, while the second phase consists of 460 residential units and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2013, the firm said.
